What age groups does caryn work with?

Over the years, Caryn has specialized in teens, couples, families, and adults. Guiding clients through puberty, adolescents, early and late stage adulthood, she works diligently to create positive, meaningful change in her clients lives.

what can i expect in my first session?

During your first session, you'll discuss your therapeutic concerns and treatment goals for instigating positive changes. From there, Caryn will get to know you/your family member(s) and learn more about your life to create an individualized treatment plan. 

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions you’ll need will depend on where you are and what your goals are. Often we find that once our clients have met their goals, they continue to come once per month to maintain their mental health for the long term.

Caryn moved to Oklahoma at the age of 14 with her parents and two brothers. In high school, she discovered a passion for psychology and enjoyed running studies and discovering more about the psyche. In college, Caryn was the secretary for the Putnam City Association of Classroom Teachers. After graduating with her Master's, she worked for Just For Kids, Inc and Mid-Del Youth and Family Center, Saint Anthony Out Patient Behavioral Services.
